In a rare move here on dreamecho, I am posting on something that happened TODAY. (You know, as opposed to posting on it four-and-a-half months later. Or starting off a piece or two with, "A few weekends ago...." But! I digress. Back to the present.) On this frigidly cold November day, I had the honor of being included in The Boston Globe's 25 Most Stylish Bostonians of 2008. There's an interview with Christopher Muther, an audio slideshow of photographer Essdras Suarez's work and a cover – ahem, the cover – featuring yours truly. Silver leggings and all. (Muchos gracias to Martini from Beyond Boston Chic for not only providing on-location moral support and photographer assistance, but dispensing late-night, on-call outfit advice to one panicked fashion blogger.) Given that the Globe is both Boston and New England's most widely-circulated daily newspaper, I am commencing hysterics now.

Eli: Haha, I feel like most metropolitan areas do something like this, and they only pick socialites and, as you said, people who buy name brand goods. Ugh!
You deserve it! DC has some lists here and there, but it's the same people every time and they're always rich and in Tori Burch. It's horrendous. But, very glad to see my former home is showing the love to REAL, ORIGINAL style! Keep it up!
